In-Season Produce Guide

We are very fortunate today that we can buy exotic and out-of-season produce all year long. If you can’t find something at your local grocers, you can usually find it on the Internet and have it shipped overnight!

But as nice as it is to be able to buy cherries in January, nothing compares to fresh produce purchased locally, while they’re still in-season locally!

All you need to know is what’s in season… which is where this Guide comes in!

This guide, of course, was created for an Ontario audience primarily and if you live further south, east or west your dates may vary slightly (if you live further north you probably don’t even HAVE an in-season for produce!)

Simply click on the month below to see a list of items you should be able to find at your local farmers market this weekend!
